Breaking down of the script

 * This breakdown of the script is of the new script. There will be a link the script at the bottom of the page. 

The scene begins with the character walking the graveyard. The reason for this scene is that the main character is going to visit her dead fiancé, Danielle. She feels at peace when she is with Danielle and likes spending time with her as she is still searching to make peace with her death. She always visits her and writes in her diary. There is a time lapse shown, ' A few months later' to show that months have passed by since her death and she has somewhat moved on. She is getting ready to meets someone new. After months being locked up in denial and therapy she has decide to date other people to help with making mends with the death so she is dressing up and getting ready to meet Andrea ( The Date) they both talk and enjoying. Andrea is talking and Sofia zones out and she stares at corner where hallucinates Danielle. The reason she hallucinates Danielle is because Sofia feels guilty in dating another person and she stares in shock at her. In Sofia's head  Danielle says, 'You promised forever' and Danielle appears to blows out the candles. Sofia would have kept on staring if it weren't for Andrea, she broke her trance by taping on the shoulder. Sofia look at he and back at the blown candle just to see they were still well lit. 

After the date ends she just goes to read a book to take her mind of the date and Danielle. She tries to read but the guilt and shame consume her as she slams the book on the bed and moves to the box of dead flowers. These dead flowers are the flowers that she places by the tombstones very time she visits. Seeing that she feels uneasy and breaks down and starts crying. She could no longer live without Danielle so she decides to end her life which is the reason she picks up the bottle of sleeping pills from the drawer. She takes out out one and then empties the bottle an dthen stops as she realises that what she is doing is wrong and then throws it down on the floor. 

In the end scene Sofia is sitting buy the window and says'  I felt a funeral n my brain' to show how she wants to burry what she did and let her old self go.
