Interviews

As a part of my research I even conducted a few  interviews and their identities are gonna stay hidden. The identities are going to stay hidden because they asked me not to mention their names. The question that i asked were actually accustomed to the person who i was interviewing. Due to my music video having 2 main objectives which are to promote and show LBGT community and show that suicide is not an option. 

I asked a few people about their reaction to the LGBT community and the teenagers were more aware and supportive of the community may because they might associate to that community but nit know or are just simply supportive. Their common response was that 'you cant differentiate a person based on who they love or their sexual identity'. In one of my interviews with a person from the community spoke about the death threats that the person faced on social media which is I my opinion is very disturbing and a disgrace for the person who posted the death threats. Like in India not many people support the LGBT community as they think that it is a sin and something to be ashamed of. So that why many people run away from home to be themselves or just lock themselves up inside. I asked an adult that what is your daughter was a part of  the LBGT community that person just replied that she and her partner just have to stay strong in a society which is hell bound is criminalizing LGBT and also they would support their child. 

Coming to suicidal thoughts, I did ask if they ever had suicidal thoughts and their answers were maybe and yes but when i asked why did they have those kind of  thoughts they dint reply and didn't want to share. When i asked how they got out from these suicidal thoughts they just said thinking of the people they love helped them get through.  

One of the people that I interview shared a lose in their family and said that he or she(not revealing the identity) saw or hallucinated the dead person standing in front of him or her and telling not to cry.
